PROVOST AND VICE PRESIDENT FOR ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) seeks an experienced administrator with a distinguished record of leadership, scholarship and teaching for the position of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
The College of New Jersey is a highly selective public institution that has earned national recognition for its commitment to excellence. TCNJ emphasizes the undergraduate residential experience and offers targeted graduate programs. The College’s seven schools—The Arts and Communication; Business; Humanities and Social Sciences; Education; Science; Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science; and Engineering--offer degrees to nearly 7,000 students.

Among its many academic accomplishments, in 2006 TCNJ received a chapter of Phi Beta Kappa national honors society. The TCNJ campus is located on 289 tree-lined acres in suburban Ewing, approximately 5 miles from New Jersey’s state capital of Trenton, and 60 minutes from Philadelphia and New York City.
The successful candidate will possess a doctorate, a distinguished record of teaching and scholarship commensurate with full professor status at TCNJ, and solid experience in academic administration, including significant supervisory experience.
