U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge-Houston Brian Moskowitz addresses ICE’s comprehensive efforts to combat human traffickers who exploit men, women and children.
DHS recognizes that fighting the hidden crime of human trafficking is a collaborative effort requiring strong partnerships with other federal agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, law enforcement, first responders, the faith-based community, non-profit organizations, the private sector, as well as our state, local, and tribal counterparts.
