No surprises here... but are they being realistic?

The 2012 college frosh survey has been released.  Most new collegians say they:

1. intend to graduate in four years

2. plan to get good jobs

3. want to be well off.

Not much change over the past several decades, I would say.  What has change are the prospects for actually achieving these goals.
