Flu vaccine, where were you when I needed you?

The article below says this year's vaccine gets a (barely) passing grade.  You wouldn't have known it by me this week.  I caught the bug from my boss simply by sitting beside him in a single meeting on Monday.  Only today do I feel (almost) well.  My opinion: the vaccine was a fizzle.
