Exterminator exterminated his customer

In what will no doubt go down as one of the strangest, nastiest and most needless murders in Philadelphia history, an exterminator apparently killed his customer --- a promising young physician --- then tried to burn her body to cover it up.  The cops at this point can only speculate that the guy got into an altercation with the doc down in her basement, blew his cool and hit her.  He then got the bright idea of finishing her off by strangulation and burning the corpse.
