Bringing Title IX to Bear on the Problem of Sexual Violence in Schools: Part Two of a Two-Part Series

The federal Office for Civil Rights (OCR), which is charged with implementation of Title IX, has turned its attention to the problem of sexual violence in schools.  As I explained in Part One of this series, OCR recently issued guidelines for school districts regarding how to deal with sexual violence, and how to ensure compliance with Title IX’s non-discrimination mandate.
