A scholarship opportunity for adult learners

We at Destiny Solutions are pleased to announce that applications are
now open for the 2011-2012 Mary Cone Barrie Scholarship. As
educators, you see everyday how hard adult learners work to
incorporate education into their already busy lives.

Dr. Mary Cone Barrie was the director of Continuing Studies at the
University of Toronto. She was committed to the community, learning
and the implications of technology on adult learners. Destiny
Solutions is
honored to present the $2,500 scholarship to two dedicated lifelong
learners in recognition of Mary’s great contributions to the field
of adult education.

The Mary Cone Barrie Scholarship is available to any currently
enrolled non-traditional learner residing in Canada or the United
States who has changed their life, or the lives of others, by
embracing lifelong learning.

scholarship and a short description you can post online for your
