Bruce McComb – Bruce is co-author of "Strategic Reporting Tool: Balanced Scorecards in Higher Education", co-author with Tim Beckett of an expert series white paper "Increasing Enrollment, Retention, and Student Success - Best Practices for Information Delivery and Strategic Alignment". and is a co-author of chapters on Tools for Setting Strategy and Tools for Use in Strategy Execution in a forthcoming new IR Manual for the Association for Institutional Research.



During the past 19 years, Bruce has been involved in training, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, he held management positions in state government. He has a BS and MS from Michigan State University in Electrical Engineering specializing in the analysis and improvement of organizations and socio-economic systems through the application of systems engineering principles. Bruce was certified as a Quality Engineer by the American Society for Quality and has completed Six Sigma Black Belt Training.

Tim Beckett - Tim is the Higher Education Solutions Manager for Information Builders. Tim has presented at over 25 higher education conferences throughout North America and has familiarity with many institutions that are using Business Intelligence to strategic advantage. He has also hosted several higher education web-based forums for Information Builders' higher education prospects and customers
