Director of Student Access, Transition, and Success Programs at Purdue University

Serves as a campus leader on student access and success while setting the strategic direction for a large complex department;

*



Coordinates all programs so they provide a seamless and well-evaluated continuum from pre-college experiences through post-graduation employment or future study;

*



Directly supervises five professional staff and provide periodic oversight for all 20 staff in the department working with an array of Purdue University’s student access and/or success programs including the Boiler Gold Rush; Common Reading; Learning Communities; Purdue Opportunity Awards; Purdue Promise; Summer Transition Advising and Registration; Supplemental Instruction; and Twenty-first Century Scholars West Central Regional Support programs.
