Free resources for academic advisers from the Princeton Review

Free Resources for Academic Advisors

Dear Dr. Castagnera,

At The Princeton Review we make it our mission to serve our local community. We stay abreast of the latest information about admissions and standardized testing, and pass our knowledge on to those interested in higher education. We are proud to work with advisors, academic departments, career services, student organizations, honor societies, fraternities/sororities, and many other campus groups.

Many of your students are considering taking the LSAT as they prepare to apply to law school. Graduate fields are more competitive than ever before and students need the latest info about admissions and testing to get an edge. We realize you are very busy servicing the needs of your students and we would like to help ease some of that burden by providing free services designed to help your students gain admission to one of the graduate programs of their choice.

My goal is to help out in any way possible, and be your local resource for all things relating to graduate school. We can help keep you informed about the latest trends in graduate school admissions and testing. We can give you all the details about upcoming changes to the GRE (August 2011), the changes to the GMAT (June 2012), and the recent trends for the LSAT and MCAT. This information just scratches the surface of what The Princeton Review can do for you and your students.

* Free Info & Strategy Sessions – Our dynamic, expert presenters will share tips and strategies for success on standardized tests (like the MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, or GRE) and demystify the grad school admissions process (medical, law, business, or graduate) at local office hours or other local, regional, or national events.
* Free Practice Exams & Analysis – We can easily set up a free practice test day on campus, so your students can take an MCAT, LSAT, GRE, or GMAT practice test and receive a personalized detailed score report pinpointing their strengths and weaknesses, plus they’ll have a chance to discuss their results with a Princeton Review counselor. We provide a proctor and all the test materials, you simply help us find a room on campus.

I would love to discuss the relationships we have with advisors around the country (including Rider), and to elaborate further on the resources we can make available to you, your students, and your school as a whole.

I will be on campus soon and would love to set up a time to meet with you.

If you would like more details, please call me at 800-2Review (800-273-8439) ext. 5180, or simply reply to this email. I would be happy to visit you on campus and construct a plan that works best for your students. It would truly be my privilege to help.
