U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) Director Larry Zelvin addresses DHS’ role in responding to breaches of point of sale (POS) systems in the context of DHS’ responsibilities to deal with cyber threats to the Nation’s financial transaction systems and other important elements of critical infrastructure.
