The more things change, the more they remain the same.  In the sixties, I pledged Phi Psi Fraternity at Franklin & Marshall College.  During the course of spring pledging, I received a broken nose and a fellow pledge suffered two broken arms.

At least one story from my fraternity days has passed into legend at the college: a siege of our house by cable workers antagonized by a couple of the brothers on a wine soaked spring afternoon.

"Animal House"?  I knew every one of those guys.
