In the summer of 2011, New Faculty Majority Foundation (NFMF) created a survey to gather data about back-to-school hiring procedures and working conditions experienced by contingent faculty across the nation. A report of the survey results has been produced jointly by NFMF and the Center for the Future of Higher Education.
