The Gulf Coast leadership summit may want you

The Gulf Coast Leadership Summit is the main local, regional, and national event being held during the first anniversary of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The Summit is a public service and free and open to all.

The Summit is bringing thousands of people together from throughout the Gulf Coast to obtain the latest information on the impact of the oil spill; to participate in recovery and restoration; to identify and seek new jobs; to find out about additional oil spill compensation and other resources needed to rebuild and expand; and to invest in new economic sectors in the Gulf Coast.

The Summit features: three days of general sessions; break-out sessions and workshops; press conferences; special announcements; VIP and special receptions; outstanding networking opportunities; and the Gulf Coast Recovery & Solutions Expo.

Senator Bob Graham Confirmed To Keynote Summit



Senator Bob Graham is the confirmed Opening Keynote Speaker at the Gulf Coast Leadership Summit and will be speaking at 9:15 a.m. on April 19. Senator Graham is the Co-Chairman of the National Oil Spill Commission, appointed by the President of the United States to investigate the causes of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and make recommendations on preventing and responding to future oil spill disasters.
