And so the Mormon state's governor vows to take the case for his Baby DOMA to the Supremes, now that the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed it is unconstitutional.

Polygamy, yes (don't let them deny it).  Same-sex marriage, no.  Go figure…
