Will the "yes" need to be in writing? Will it have to be notarized? Should there be a 48-hour waiting period during which the consenting adult can revoke the "yes"?

Do any other attorneys out there see an evidentiary issue?  How does this solve the he-said-she-said issue.  Does this call for a witness in the room?
