So here's a guy who has nothing better to do with his time and money than to sue his state because it depicts an Indian rain god on its license plates. And, after a federal judge of apparent common sense dismissed the suit, here comes the Tenth Circuit reinstating it.

Maybe it's just me... but don't you think both this plaintiff and the appellate court ought to have better things to do?
