Obama signals US policy shift from War on Terror to US economy and healthcare

In a major speech last week, the president indicated that the global War on Terror is finally being drawn to a close.  Drone strikes will be more limited.  Guantanamo will be closed.  Federal focus for the remainder of his time in office will be on healthcare and the economy.

This clearly is the correct course.
