Romney says he'll pay for tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires
by closing tax deductions and other tax benefits. But he's not talking
about loopholes like the ones that benefit the wealthiest Americans,
like himself. He's talking about taxing the health insurance people get
from their employers, and eliminating the deduction that helps families
pay off their mortgage.
