A fable from ManageElite

James,

Picture this ...

On a wintry day one year ago at different organizations two employees, Charles and Susan, were promoted to managers. They were very much alike.

Both had been better than average students, both became strong employees and both – as new managers – were filled with potential and ambition.

Fast forward. Today Charles and Susan are still managers at their respective companies and on the surface, at least, are still very much alike – personable, hardworking and smart.

But there is a difference – a big one.

Charles is in the same position still struggling to find his way as a manager. Susan on the other hand has been promoted again after successfully leading her initial team to record performance levels.

What Made The Difference?

Have you ever wondered what makes this kind of difference in managers? It's rarely college education or inherent talent. It isn't that one person wants success and the other doesn't.

The difference lies in the management training each manager gets (or doesn't get) and how they apply it.

And that is why I am emailing you about ManageElite.
