What are the dimensions of the mess?
1. The Northwestern University NLRB decision that found Division I football players to be employees... now pending appeal with the NLRB in Washington
2. The O'Bannon case, which found that present and former college players have rights in their own names and images, when used by the NCAA in video games and the like
3. Issues, not unlike those in the NFL, concerning long-term bad effects of footballers' head injuries
... just to name the big issues.
