Gallop and Lumina will survey Americans to measure the value of a college degree

Back in the Sixties, students regular said they went to college primarily to learn how to lead more fulfilling lives.  Then came the crassness of the Seventies and Eighties.  Now that the monetary pay-off is no longer clear, do Americans see another, more Sixtyish value to a decent college education?
