An interesting take on the National Debt

I myself am as incapable of understanding this financial voodoo as I am incapable of understanding:
1.  Who really killed Kennedy
2.  Whether the universe is infinite or is contained in something else that's infinite, and if that something is intelligent or not
3.  Why millions of people followed Hitler, the little man with the weird haircut and moustache, allowing him to murder millions
4.  Why people are so often incapable of being happy or even contented
5.  How some people get to be enormously famous and wealthy, when they have comparatively little talent (fill in your own choice of names here... you know what I mean)
