Ladies and Gentlemen,
Now that the semester is over (or nearly over!), I would like to send out a gentle reminder to everyone who is interested in attending our 20th anniversary conference this November that our Call for Proposals is open! We have already received several excellent proposals, and so far it is shaping up to be another very interesting field of presenters!
The deadline for proposals this year is July 31, and notification will be sent to the presenters who are selected no later than August 31. This will allow for us to compile the presenter schedule and conference program much earlier than last year and to make it available well in advance to accommodate for travel/hotel reservations. Please remember, when you submit a proposal, to include brief (3-4 sentences, please!) bios of each presenter that will go into the program.
