Good Samaritans or Criminals?

Ever flash your lights to warn a fellow motorist that a cop was hiding behind a billboard just down the highway? I know I have. And I've been saved from speeding tickets by such warnings. In FLorida, the state police have been ticketing drivers who flash. Now a Florida attorney has filed a class action law suit in an attempt to protect these Good Sams... or law breakers, depending upon your point of view.
