Chamber of Commerce Kingpin says it's time to open up links with Cuba

Do you think so?  Ten years ago, I helped faculty in my university's business school obtain a Treasury Department license, so she could take a group of students to Cuba.  That was a brief, narrow window that the Bush boys quickly closed.  

What's the big deal?  As Bill Maher has noted, Fidel looks like a 90-year-old soccer mom with a beard.  What are we so reluctant to do?
