A for-profit college settles a fraud claim with its investors

These guys apparently were pulling the same scam that several law schools have recently been of accused of pulling:  making it look as if their grads have done better int he job market than they really have.  With the law schools, the targets of the scam were future applicants.  Here, apparently, luring investors was the goal.

Let me add that in my view, profits have no place in education at any level.  Education, whether k-12 or higher ed, is a public trust and a civil right.
