Let's not forget that Dick Cheney went from Defense Secretary under George I to a top spot at Haliburton (where he reportedly "earned" $40 million in about 8 years) to Veep under George II. And guess which company got billions of $$$$ of government contracts in Iraq.

Chip just might be onto something here, if the elephant runs true to form.
