What the Syrian Strike is really all about

Congress returns from it's mini-break today.  The topic for discussion was supposed to be the budget.  Tea Party Congressmen hoped to starve Obamacare by choking the federal budget.

Now, instead of debating the budget, Congress will focus for the next couple of weeks --- at least --- on the Syrian question.  Like a magician, the President is getting everybody to look at the hand where the bright red ball isn't.
