Young undocumented immigrants, who receive work permits under President Obama's deferred-action order, will be allowed to pay Maricopa's much-lower in-state tuition rate, officials at the ten-campus system have announced.  The difference is $76 v. $317 per credit.

Meanwhile , the Arizona Board of Regents is still pondering whether Obama's executive order allows them to ignore state law and afford illegals with work permits the lower in-state rate at Arizona;s other public colleges and universities.
