Davenport University seeks an executive director of developmental studies

Dear Dr. Castagnera:

As I alerted you in late June, our firm is assisting Davenport University in their search for an Executive Director of Developmental Studies Programs (please note the revised position title). We continue to solicit recommendations or nominations of outstanding individuals for this unique opportunity.

Davenport University is one of the largest private universities in Michigan, enrolling more than 13,000 students on 11 campuses across the state and online. Consisting of three professional schools: the Donald W. Maine College of Business, School of Health Professions, and School of Technology, Davenport positively impacts the community by developing cutting-edge programs to meet the needs of employers and preparing its students to excel in the workplace.

The Executive Director of Developmental Studies Programs is responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the University's transitional programs, as well as leading the implementation of curricular programs that prepare students for, and place them into, appropriate college-level courses.
