University of Wisconsin seeks deans

The mission of the UW Colleges is to provide students with freshman and sophomore level coursework in the liberal arts leading to the associate degree and successful transfer to universities within the University of Wisconsin System and other baccalaureate degree granting institutions.

The successful candidates will be visionaries, capable of developing and implementing strategic, effective responses to current challenges impacting publicly supported colleges. In addition to being accomplished educators with appropriate graduate degrees, the new CEO/Deans will possess executive management skills to direct and oversee all campus operations. A high degree of participation in community development and related activities is expected.
