Expect the same with adjunct faculty.  None of this should come as a surprise.  With the privileged few --- tenured full-time faculty --- becoming ever fewer, with administrative salaries constantly climbing, and with instructional duties falling ever more heavily on TAs and part-time teachers, this was to be expected.
