EU Court of Justice rules that privacy rights trump big data

Search engines like Google must listen when individuals request removal of materials that pop up in vanity searches.

An acquaintance of mine in the communication business once opined in the press that today someone wrongly accused is "indicted forever," since the adverse story will remain in the Cloud forever.  Perhaps not so in Europe int he wake of this ruling.
