For-profit provider reaches a $7 million settlement with the Iowa AG

Just another cost of doing (monkey) business?
I fear that is often the case in the for-profit education arena.  The formula is usually simple:

1.  Entice the "customers" to enroll.

2.  Help them get federal loans.

3.  Let them flunk out and default.

4.  Pocket the tuition.
