NLRB and AAUP are aligned on resisting confidentiality demands

The AAUP's committee on academic governance says in a draft statement that faculty on governing bodies, asked or ordered to keep proceedings confidential, should demand to know why.

Meanwhile, NLRB says that demanding confidentiality with regard to an internal investigation could violate employees' section 7 rights.
