Oh, Poop! Dumb and Dumber Dollar Store Clerks lead to lawsuit

Here's how it happened:  Employee (Dumb) one resented that Employee Two (Dumber) was always pilfering food from the employee frig.  To set up Number Two (no pun intended), NUmber One laced some bottles of Coke with laxatives.  Number Two caught on.   Instead of either drinking or disposing of the bottles, he put them out front, where they were sold.  The buyer was a middle -aged woman, who has subsequently sued.  A security tape proves she actually bought the laced sodas.
