The courses that comprise this certificate provide both administrators and faculty, who currently engage in labor relations or who aspire to become engaged, with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of collective bargaining and union-management relationships within the unique environment, which is the college campus. They provide the knowledge and skill set needed to effectively represent their constituencies in collective bargaining negotiations.
Program participants must hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. The program may be taken in part or whole, and credits may be applies toward Rider University’s Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership or M.A. in Educational Leadership.
