Is Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego the canary in the coal mine?

Too many lawyers… too few jobs… too much debt… class action suits by disgruntled grads… law schools are beleaguered and TJLS may be the first to succumb.

Are there solutions?  Perhaps:

1.  Reduce the cost of attendance.

2.  Recast the JD as a competitor to the MBA and MPA.

3.  Hire fewer SCOTUS law clerks and more practically oriented instructors.

Just a few thoughts.
