As I have pointed out in this space before, the DOE's pushing of Title IX sex assault cases onto the backs of universities puts the latter on the horns of a terrible dilemma. With credibility almost always the issue, you are damned if you do and damned it you don't: If the complainant doesn't sue you the accused probably will.
