Apocalypse now?

Two developing events on the world scene hold the seeds of apocalyptic movies and novels:  the Russian resurgence in Ukraine and the ebola epidemic in West Africa.

In scenario one, NATO and the Russians make missteps leading to a nuclear exchange.  In the second, the ebola virus mutates to  become an airborne pathogen.

God help us all, if wither nightmare becomes a reality.
