Meanwhile, last week, SCOTUS slapped the President down, ruling that he "recess" appointments at the NLRB were null and void.

And Congressman Boehner is threatening to sue the White House.

Whatever any of us may think of the Obama agenda, it's disheartening to watch our dysfunctional democracy floundering around like this.
