It was recently brought to my attention that China has become the world leader in making wind turbines and solar panels.

Should Obama's infrastructure initiative include a manufacturing component? And if so, should these  kinds of products be on the shopping list?

Besides our roads and bridges, I think we should be looking to achieve energy independence.  I believe it is within America's grasp:

• Fracking for natural gas
• Build the pipeline
• Clean up our coal generators and mine that bituminous
• More wind turbines, more solar, and ---yes --- more nuclear too.
