Is 2014 the year we all get slim?

I'm under orders from my good wife and darling daughter to be slim for the latter's November wedding.  Is this my answer?

Slim Down This Year —
Here’s How . . .
Dear Reader,
If last year’s New Year’s resolution to lose those extra pounds didn’t work out quite the way you’d hoped, don’t get discouraged. As it turns out, 88% of resolutions end in failure, according to psychologist Richard Wiseman.
Of course, for many people — particularly those over 40 or 50 — simply trying to eat better and exercise may not be enough to lose that flab, no matter what season it is. And if you’ve reached your middle-aged years, I’m sure you realize that being overweight is not only a cosmetic issue, but also a real health concern.

Fortunately, in a newly-released video presentation, you’ll discover 5 simple and natural strategies to help you put the brakes on those excess pounds you don’t need.
You’ll discover how to tell in just 10 seconds whether your weight has grown to the point where it could represent a health risk. Plus, you’ll see the perils of being a “pear” or an “apple” when it comes to your own personal style of fat accumulation. You’ll also hear about the most promising nutrients shown to support healthy weight loss.
The New Year is the perfect time for you to start losing weight, so please don’t delay watching this video. It’s jam-packed with lots of great information and simple, take-action tips on how to lose those pounds — and belly fat, too.
Yours in good health,

Alex Brown, MHA
