To the Kodak Community:

I know that over the past several weeks there has been a lot of speculation and rumor about which I have not been able to provide you with specific and helpful information. However, as you may have heard, Kodak and its U.S. subsidiaries voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 reorganization to bolster liquidity in the U.S. and abroad, monetize non-strategic intellectual property, fairly resolve our legacy costs, and enable the Company to focus on our most valuable business lines.

Importantly, only Kodak and its U.S. subsidiaries are part of the reorganization process; subsidiaries outside of the U.S. are not included in the filing. For all our operations, it is very much business in the ordinary course for our customers. We will continue to be there to support you and work with you during this process. A letter from Kodak's Chairman and CEO, Antonio M. Perez, along with Kodak's press release announcing the U.S. filing, are enclosed for your reference.

Given that Chapter 11 allows us to continue normal business operations, I look forward to us continuing to enjoy our strong and mutually beneficial relationship, and of course I will update you on any matters of note. Please also do not hesitate to call me or the Kodak team with any additional questions or concerns.

Thank you for your support, loyalty, and continued business.

Regards,

John OGrady
