Typical Paul Rand: Looking at the wrong tree in the forrest

America has the best system of higher education in the world.  And the federal and state governments, not least the US Congress, have been doing their best to send this world-class industry down the road of America's manufacturing and financial sectors.  Now Senator Paul Rand is using the Boston bombing as an excuse to attack student visas.  Never mind that the two terrorists were homegrown and not on student visas.  Why should the facts get in the way of a broader agenda, right?
