Jim -- House Republicans have finally released their jobs plan: According to Republican Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, denying women’s rights to make their own health care decisions “very much promotes job creation." Are you kidding me? Right now, Rep. Goodlatte and his all-male Republican Judiciary committee members are fast-tracking a bill that could force rape survivors to prove their cases to the IRS in order to have their abortion covered by insurance.
