James Ottavio -- Last night in the State of the Union address, President Obama renewed his effort to raise the minimum wage in the United States to $10.10 an hour - a fair and respectable income. This would mean that 17 million Americans would see a significant increase in their paychecks, a real win for middle class families struggling to make it in a tough economy. But here in our Commonwealth, Tom Corbett's doing everything he can to make sure that the Commonwealth's middle class is left behind. While Tom Corbett happily gives tax breaks to his donors and special interests, he refuses to raise the minimum wage for over 700,000 Pennsylvanians.
