Ebola in Texas: What aren't we being told?

First it was the West African traveler who slipped through all the safety nets.  Then one healthcare provider.  A doctor got not the media to inform us that she must have violated protocol.  Now there is a second sick nurse.  What aren't we being told?

Meanwhile a small college in Texas is being castigated for denying admission to West Africans.
