Should Pennsylvania execute Terrance Williams?

A judge will decide on Friday:

http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/local/state/judge-to-rule-by-friday-on-execution-of-terrance-williams-654888/

As a general proposition, I favor the death penalty in egregious cases.  But is this one such case?  It now appears that

1.  Williams was abused for years by the guy he killed, and

2.  Evidence that supports this claim was withheld from the defense, the courts and the media for years.
